Is it possible for a born-again believer to fall into sin?

Absolutely it is. The key word is “fall into.” When a believer “falls into” sin, it is much different than living in habitual sin. Once one falls into sin, they should immediately repent (Feel guilty and want to change their sinful behavior). This is something every christian will struggle with, probably on a daily basis. We do not stop sinning once we are saved, we are just more aware of our sins and try to avoid them. Think of Peters denial of Christ (Luke 22). Peter did not choose to deny Jesus ahead of time, but was scared at the moment.  Notice how Peter is so grieved by his sin, that he went out and wept (Luke 22:62).
